I don't know if anybody else in this forum is subscribed to musclemag, but Dexter Jackson's contest prep almost sounds like he doesn't want to give his secrets away. In this article it says that for the Mr. O contest he only lifts 3 times a week for 1- 1 hr. 15 min. per session. With NO CARDIO. This guy gets shredded. I know diet is 90% of bodybuilding or more (along w/roids ) but is this really possible. This guy looks awesome and I envy his entire physique. Is it possible that he trains no more than 3 hrs. 45 minutes a week total to look like this???????????
