    Go for a walk...

Lay out in a field, sit on a low tree branch, nap on a in the shade of a tree, fall in a creek, wander around some woods, skip some rocks.

Just Do it. Life will be better

Well said. I like to walk around the lake in front of my office on my lunch break. When I'm lucky my wife and best friend join me. They're the too best women you can meet and walking around that serene lake.... ahh, its just a really good part of life.
