well its been like 2 or 3 months since football got out and haha... ive gone from a playing weight of 210, to an official 240 lbs. but i havnt put on almost any fat. my friend is jealous as he is trying to bulk and it apparently comes easy, just 2 protien shakes a day and lost of meat and veggies and eggs. pretty much eat everything without saturated fat. just thought i would let everyone know.
