Help on First AAS cycle

Hey. . . kinda new to this forum but was wondering if anyone had some great advice on what a good first aas cycle would look like. im 25, been lifting for bout 5 years and my stats are 5'11'', 195lbs. with bout 10%

You should stick to reading about AAS for a while before you'll learn enough what to use and how to use it.

well ive read alot on it but theres still one thing im not sure on.... do you really need hcg on your first cycle if your only using one hormone like test e and youve got plenty of nolva on hand just in case. Or does it shut you down that bad?

guess i should of said steroid not hormone duh!
