I was just wondering what everyone one listens to when they are lifting, i listen to Dying Fetus who i would really recomend if you want to listen to music that makes you want to put your head through a wall. Also Rob Zombie, System of A Down, and Rammstein. so what do you listen to. Also at my gym, the highschool we just put it on the stereo and scream it at top volume cause its just my football buddies.

I listen to MOZART. I know it is different than most but I find classical music really good for lifting.
For cardio, I usually listen to techno/beats music, somethign like Oakenfold or BT. Gets my heart pumping and my energy level up.

And a bunch of freaks who scream alot, and have loud guitars in their music!!

Used to live by Linkin Park in the gym, then went to Rage Against the Machine. Now only System of a Down and Slipknot do it for me. Anything more tame and I feel like I'm cheating myself.

In my car I like hard rock: Sabbath, Tool, Zeppelin, Bush, White Stripe, Ramones, Nirvana, AC/DC etc. At home I prefer jazz: Miles, Coltrane, Parker etc. The one complaint I have about my gym is that they play Top 40 nonsense.
