i wanted to get an idea of some staple foods for bulking all on one list and maybe how to eat them. I was thinking along the lines of foods that are easy to eat and dont take too long to make. For example everyone says EGGS EGGS EGGS and i found out recently its way easier for me to down 4-7 in one sitting if i boil them rather than scramble them or something else. Another example would be cottage cheese. I never tried it until saturday and realized I can eat a whole lot of this and can mix in beans and stuff. Share some ideas guys.
