Aye, me know the rough seas and treacherous surf of the interweb eduction, yaar...
Forgive that,I am up early today...You might as well consider me high.
But yeah I normally take one or two online classes each quarter, and 1 in class. At least until I am done with my AA and go for my BA at a bigger university.
Though I have to sit out a quarter thanks to withdrawling last quarter thanks to losing job/stress/friends/looking for work/newish job that takes up my time/me wanting to jump off a roof lol.
I tend to like online...THOUGH I have been known to crap 5 weeks of schooling into 1 week before everything is due....and still get an A or BIf I ever actually try....I would invent a cure for cancer.

WhatsaRoid, how is your expierience with Kaplan? My wife just went through some of the worst times with them. Her advisors could never be reached, and they were picking her classes for her. Everything fit right into all the complaints we read online. She just withdrew because it was too much crap.
How is your expierience? - 04-01-2009, 01:25 PM

The college I attend has some online class. My sister n law is going through one of them now. What I wonder is this. suppose you have a class that you have trouble in. How do you get some tutoring for it? Plus, sometimes you gotta know what a teacher wants in order to get an A regardless of whether it is right or now, how would you necessarily know online?
I am taking 1 class a semester at Polk Comm. Coll. July 1 it will become Polk State College. I have 7 classes to go for an AA in liberal arts. -

From my experience(all classes thus far in college are A or B so...) when I take an online class it is either much easier, or a crapload harder. Depending. Philosophy is NOT a course for online lol.
But generally for tutoring our school has constant tutoring for people online, and each class lists what tutoring is available. And the teacher has in office hours if you have questions a few days a week. As well as an email gets a response generally same day so... it works out well here. - 04-04-2009, 09:29 PM

University of West Florida - Usually do about two online classes each semester. I'll be in one over the Summer, one in the Fall, then I'm DONE! - 04-04-2009, 09:41 PMApplied Nutriceuticals Representative

i took 2 my last semester in 2005..at Luzerne County Community College..in Pa.....cool thing it was open book but 100 questions in 1 hour was tough..especially when 6-7 chapters at a time are in one test.....actually got a "d" in both...but they are curved..due to how difficult they are....my "d" became a "b" and "c" respectively
