Well we all know new year's eve is coming up. And my 21st birthday is Jan. 4th . I used to be a big time drinker. Lately I've been so into my training that I refuse to drink. It will be 3 months on Dec 30th! I figure anything that's gonna screw up my workout just isn't worth it. And I've made excellent gains, especially in strength and have kept them post cycle. I never really planned on stopping forever, especially because I mostly get laid when I go out drinking lol! Half of me wants to drink on NYE and my BD, and the other half doesn't want to give up a 3 month streak. How much do you guys drink? Does anybody know just how much/ how long it lowers your testosterone?
