new board avatars

anyone know how to edit ur avatar in this new board format? when i go to my user cp, then to edit avatar, it displays the current avatar, then has a button that says save changes, and one that says reset fields, but nothing to upload a new one. just wondering if anyone else has had this problem?

I think you chose edit profile picture to change the avatar.
