I was in a car accident a little over a week ago and have a hairline fracture in two of my ribs. For those who had broken ribs how long do you think it will take before I am back lifting again. Doc said 6 weeks to heal. I was getting ready to start my first cycle of Havoc march 1st too this is very disappointing. The pain isnt to bad until I am in bed but holy hell sneezing and coughing sucks!
