    Hello, I'll Introduce myself

3 years ago, I had an Awakening. I was 42 years old, 5' 9" tall carrying 214 lbs. of FAT. Out of shape, no wind, no stamina. Unhappy with me, moved for a change. I started training in martial arts. Songahm Taekwondo. Red Belt as of now. I changed my diet...high proteins, medium carbs, low fats. Today I am 175 lbs. Big improvement. Started lifting a year ago. Mostly home training (gym membership not in my budget right now). But I'm dedicated to my workouts. I have dumbells with 160 lbs of plates, Bullworker, Iron Gym pull up bar, and Perfect push-ups. I do what I can with what I have ...lol. This looks like a nice place to hang out and learn something. Any advice and all encouragement for the OLD man is welcome

    Hello
