liqua-solutions?

has anyone had any problems with liqua-solutions customer service? before I bought the product they were very good about replying...it's been over 2 weeks and they won't return my emails.

A ton of people have been having the same problem. No repies to email and delayed delivery. Seems to always come in though, they just take their sweet time....
