Im in the gym all the time working, and generally keep to myself. well, the other week, my swim coach had the team come lift as our practice

so i just grabbed a powerrack in the corner, and did my thing, didnt bother anybody, just left them alone.

anyways, theres this dummy on the swim team, (i mean idiot)
whos mom works at a gym in town, and decided to show everyone how to lift.

i ignored and kept deadlifting

anyway, then he is tell all the girls to do pull ups. (our power racks only have widegrip lat pullup handles on them)

well of course they cant do them. he then tells them to swing their feet and put them on an empty barbell on the power rack
which i can visably see can slip off and the girl come flying off and bust her face from 8 feet in the air

I just kept lifting and figured nothing would happen, nothing did.

he then shows them 4-5 more equally dangerous things

but tomorrow we are doing the same thing, and im afraid that someone(probably someone cute) will get hurt. and i dont want to see that happen.

so should i be a **** and tell him how it is:trout:? or not

is this guy the coach? or just an "idiot" on the team? either way, you should say something. the girls probably already know its dangerous, it's just common sence. but perhaps they don't want to question it.

on the other hand, if you want this guy gone, just let him do it 'till he does hurt someone. and then, its problem solved and you can look like a knight in shining armour and come to her rescue

I'd ignore him, sheeple are retards...they're gonna say you're wrong and it'll back fire on you, don't do anything.

When, he f**ks up really bad, you step in, like a savior, just don't fall for the girl that falls flat on her face from 8ft in the air, no damaged goods.

To make an Omelette, you gotta break some eggs.

tell them that pull up method is unsafe and tell them proper form is you spotting them with your head between their legs.

unless i am misinterpreting, the first sentence reads like you WORK at the gym, not saying you are working out? if you are working there, I would say something like "that form doesn't look safe." If you are just working out I would do whatever suits your personality, I personally probably wouldn't do anything. either way, hope no one gets hurt

I would just calmly ask one of the girls what would happen if they lost their grip and leave it at that. If the lights are on, you won't need to discuss it any further. Or tell your coach this guy's an idiot and encouraging them to do potentially dangerous exercises.

If you work at the gym, I would definitely say something as an employee. Who cares if this guys mom works at a gym - it means nothing. If he doesn't like it, tell him to f off and go back to his mom's gym where he can do whatever he pleases.

When I am at the gym, I get anxious when people do stupid things like that. I'd rather they hurt themselves when I am not around.

i fixed this problem by helping the girls myself;)

then had him deadlift with me, lol

funny funny, lol
