watched one or two previews then i was just like ahhhhh he's a lame james bond.... it doesnt look like it follows the path of all the other james bond movies. they are going in a different direction now i think, wayyyy too much action when bond wasnt that crazy before. Gotta keep it classy and the pimp hand strong. Of course i cant really say for sure because i havent watched QOS yet and i dont intend to until dvd.

These movies are supposed to be prequels of the other movies (although set in modern day) from when bond was younger and reckless. Hence fewer gadgets, more kickass-ness.

That's one thing that pissed me off. It's like they went back in time, but in the future. I just don't see how that works or makes any sense at all. Kind of lame, imo; however, I really thought Craig made a good Bond. But, as a poker player, Casino Royal pissed me off because the poker scene was so stupid. Bleh. Rebuy for 1.5bb? Riggghhhht.

Bond is a shortstacker. Not pimp or balla in any way.

I think they're trying to appeal to a new generation with these new films. The younger generation doesn't really go in for that "gentlemanly" type stuff anymore. They have to be less plot-intensive and more "bang-bang-boom-boom" to keep all the ADHD'ers' attentions.
On a side note, despite not being American, Craig is a huge supporter of President Obama and said that the next Bond should be black. Seriously.
