hey guys and girls i just had an upper endoscopy done yesterday and as it turns out i have a crapload of stuff wrong with me. acid reflux i'm cool with cuz i know what that is. but the hiatal hernia and gastritis scare me. do any of u have experience with these problems? the doc i went to said that me lifting heavy and trying to put on weight by eating alot could have caused it. is this true? also, any reccomendations of how i can workout around it?
