For the people that do tend to listen to music while working out which music genre do you like to listen to?

I don't listen to any when i go gym anymore because i go with a mate, but if im by myself i tend to listen to lot a heavy metal.. sort of gee's me up for it.

One song i really like listening to is 'Warriors of the World Unite' By ManOwar. For some reason it just inspires me haha. :woohoo:

Oddly enough
Good Rap ( Wu-Tang %99 of the time )
Metal once in a while
but whenever I am really wanting to move weight and GFH, only one band does it for me and I am not sure what the genre would be
Tool
If I do cardio I usually go to some classic rock or a little 80's pop that I can strut too ....

Manticora
Kamelot
Amon Amarth
Ensiferum
Edguy
Godsmack
Metallica
Nightwish

Metal sir, it increases strenth and aggression. Metal is my ace in the hole for when I plateau. :) Slower metal for heavier days (legs), fast paced metal for chest and back.

I like rap music usually. Provides a good tempo for repping, and if you get the right stuff the lyrics and vocal delivery will increase your motivation and aggression.

lmao!!!

Metal all the way for me. Current playlist is a blend of new(er) stuff from Otep and Slipknot. I can NOT get enough of Psychosocial or Confrontation!!

On the tail end of that is some Megadeth, Pantera, Mudvayne, Dethklok (yes, Dethklok), Manson, Korn, Nickelback, Lacuna Coil, and at the very end of the playlist, Killswitch Engage with "Holy Diver". :D
