Im a supplement and stim junkie........

I havent drank or doped since Oct. 1998.....

I just thought it was funny.

same. I used to drink....before certain life choices....now I am glad I dont. look around at most guys my age, they are getting beer bellies, and you see them 10 years down the road they will have dem keg bellies.

I like the idea of getting bigger, getting shredded....and staying that way into my 50's.....lol

yeah i tell the young guys in the gym my age, and they are suprised......

At 30 i looked like i was 23 or 24.........

Now i am a decrepted(sp?) 36 and its starting to show....lol

lol nice. Thats always a good feeling. I am 21, so I am trying to watch it now. Now if only the injuries would stop piling up lol :sick:
