Ignore list Features

Can a script be added so that the people I have in my ignore list, cannot see my posts? This in the sense they can't quote me OR rep me for EVERY SINGLE POST I make...and I mean this for:

"TheSolution"

I'll wake up and he would've repped and spammed my inbox with at least 4-6 rep pm's and all empty with no comment...mighty annoying IMO, considering I do have him on ignore for the same reason he is not in the people I covet with the warm fuzzy feelings of my high heart-rate heart.
