New Smiley

I am not a computer person and I was wondering if there was a smiley somewhere that was a tumbleweed blowing across the screen or something like that. Something that could be posted in a thread that wasn't getting a lot of attention. For example if a logger isn't doing his part, a rep could throw that up to get his attention in a humorous way or if the logger isn't getting much feed back. Just a thought. Thanks.
