Thread not be posting

I was wondering why my thread is not being approved by admin and posted? I tried to post in Friday and it still wasn't posted Sunday morning and then tried again and still nothing. The thread is about my Low Testosterone and titles "28 years old low testosterone questions." Any help would be much appreciated.
