New restrictions on how man characters and sizes were implemented in signatures and therefore been wiped clean. Reason being, people sigs were getting a bit large and annoying to readers.

You'll have to retype your signature again in your User CP.

EDIT: New signature has been typed up and placed in user cp, but is not showing up in posts. The options setting is set to show signatures. Have they all been disabled?

Ihave been a member here for years under the name RipdnTxs, my old e-mail at att.net was dropped and i had some health problems for the last 4 months and was on very little and as I stated earlier the att.net account in no longer in use. I registered again under the name s wood 66. with a new e-mail address, but would like to go back to my original name, but was unable to because of new e-mail address. Is there any way I can get my old name back with new e-mail address or am I stuck with what I have now, any help would be greatly appreciated......

Did signatures change again? I've never used one in the past but now I noticed the following:

I can not put links in my sig
I can not put img's in my sig

Is there a way to do this?

I might change this based on post count...those who post a lot and contribute can post links and maybe a small image.

It would definitely be a good idea to allow it for people who've been around here some time and have a decent post count. I understand how spam is such an issue on boards, I run some as well.

Its awful. If I have the default registration, we would have 100-150 fake spam accounts every day. Some boards like that....makes it look like they have a ton of members. Same with a 9 hour cookie timout...makes it look like there are thousands of people online...when there isn't. Lot of fake shady stuff out there.
