Forum Color - Can they be changed by the viewer?

...its been a while since I have spent time on here, but before the colors were better for my eyes.

Is there a way for the viewer to change the forum color setting in his control panel?

There are a few different appearances available at the bottom left of the screen in posts or rooms.

I need one that looks like something I could be legitimately be browsing at work .
