Supplement auction - not up yet?

Hey, I am not sure who I talk to about this but decided to post it here.

I had put up an auction yesterday about noon and it is not appearing in the ads. Other ads put up later are showing before mine. Any idea what is going on??? My ad is for Prime, recreate, and sustain alpha
