Close thread button

I thought a close thread button was implemented that is only available to the OP and Board Admins. If so, where is it? I am trying to close some threads I started, but I do not see the button. Oh BTW, is there a way to change notifications for a particular thread without having to post a reply first?

Go to edit --> Advanced Edit, Right above the submit button there is the option "Close this thread after you submit your message". Voila , Now lock this baby up.

Sorry, still don't see it. This is what I see:

Edit> Go Advanced> delete options
I do not see any options to close thread.

OOOK, but I was the one who posted the suggestion for the implementation of the close thread, but make only available to the thread starter or the board admins. Oh well, que cera cera. So if I want some threads that I started to be closed, do I submit a request?
