Redeem rep points for coupon codes?

Thinking about doing something along these lines. You can trade in rep points for coupon codes to NP.

Who would be interested in something like this?

is this to benefit the gold member's also,i mean being that gold members have discount priveliges/codes already.or would this be an add on benefit also?..or would this be an incentive for the non-gold members?

Why?

More discounts=more likely to buy since we're in a recession.

More whoring/rep spreading=More bandwidth and more advertisers wanting to be affiliated with AM for exposure.

Either way it's a win-win for AM and users, I doubt they would ever put out a discount/coupon code that would "break" them, business men aren't stupid.

When you trade in rep points you trade in the ability to rep high again for quite some time.
