Mandatory introductions/introduction section

I think it would help out a lot. Not only would new members be forced to explain their fitness history but it could also serve as a mandatory age verification. It would serve dual purpose. A personal bio so current members can more efficiently help them and also the age verification for certain 'other' sections.

Is there a way to literally force new members to post in an intro section before they can post in any another?

Making anything mandatory before a new member is allowed to openly post here would drive potential new members away, and in turn take advertising money with it.

i posted a suggestion on just a new members forum so if they "want" to, they can introduce themselves. Either way, i new member forum would be pretty cool.
