Alpha mass and 5- appha 4 week cycle questions

so Im running AM and 5-A as perscribed on the bottles for 4 weeks on a bulking cycle. I plan on following up with Reboot for 4 weeks. I am aware that I should wait 4-6 weeks between cycles, however, I have a question. Would the 4-6 weeks between Am cycles include or exclude the 4 week Reboot cycle?
