    Fresh week and well rested.Arms day whoa!!! usual super set routine,just swapped a few exercises around.
    Easy curl BB curls/ incline french presses, preacher curls/triceps kick backs,concentration curls,reverse grip cable push downs single handed.
    Cable curls drop sets,cable press downs "v" bar. PR on easy curls 3x5 at 130lbs 1x3 135 1 x 140 The awesome pumps are still coming.Hopefully with the training on track this week i'll be able to up the cals slightly and get the weight gain going again. As Monday will up the Am 9 per day and AB 8 per day. Legs tomorrow...Luv me some leg day.!!

    At last leg's day. No super set today just ass to the floor squats.lying ham curls,leg press, single leg extensions, walking lunges.and standing calf raises.felt really strong right from the start, 2 warm up sets and 4 work sets 12/10/8/6. same weight though out with only 20 sec rest between sets. Did the same reps fromat with the leg press but upped the weight with each set had 2 warm up sets with 400lbs with the final set being
    6 x 680 lb.Super setted walking lunges and leg extensions for a pump at the end for quads.4 sets of lying ham curls, 2 sets to fail on standing calf raises. that was legs spent.
    Needed a little r&r time on the floor before heading to the car

    Chest and back today.bb flat becnches/ bent over bb rows, Incline db press/wide grip pull ups. db delcine presses/seat rows wide grip over hand/under hand super set.Also up to AM9 per day AB8 perday.pumps are awesome, recovery is excellent strength is improving.still need a rest day after heavy work outs just to let the joints settle down.

    size/strength is all progressing nicely. deads have gone form 315 to 345. leg press 620 to 680.weight yesterday was 100.4 kgs/220.88 lbs
    i have already reached my goal with a week and 1/2 to go.
    This stack has far exceeded my expectations been really happy with the results,getting heaps of comments about how much size i have put on,
    all in all great so far.

    Back day, was super keen to hit the gym after having a few days off. no super sets just good old heavy sets with plenty of rest. Dead lifts
    "T" bar bent rows.wide grip pulls up's.Single arm rows.Close grip pull downs.Seat rows and Finished off with shrugs. Then 20 min on the tread mill.
    don't normally do cardio after weights but I like to mix things up just to keep it interesting.
    Monday will be the start of my last week so I hope I get a solid week of training in.I'm home on break from work so no excuses!!!!.

    Arms day again today finally starting to get the arms in shape.There is a noticeable size increase in both bi's and tri's since 8 weeks a go. More veins in the fore arms as well.
    Did weights in the AM and interval sprints in the Pm. Cardio capacity is another area that has also had a strong improvement.only a few mor days to go. I will be sad to come to the end of this stack as it's treated me well a long the way. I would certainly run it again no question.Ahhh legs tomorrow..beesst day of the week..luv me some squats..

    today i my last day on Am/AB.hit the gym for chest /back and shoulders.Another killer work out.Had 2 scoops of pump fix before heading in,,it sure does amp things up.

    Forgot to weigh in today so I'm not sure what my final weight is..will try to do it tonight.
    Will start pct tomorrow.
    I will only run a low dose of nolva. 10/10/10/10.daa,reversitol.creatine.plu s the same supps that i run through out.
    I will post up a conclusion at the end of week 1 of pct and a quick follow up at week 4 to let you all know what I've retained,recovery ect.

    Hey man, Congrats on the gains... were you taking your full dose of AM/AB at one time or were you splitting them, like doing half of AM in the morning and half in the afternoon?

    Great log man, much appreciated. I will be following your pct as well, so please keep us updated. I will also be running reversitol in my pct. Also I have heard a lot of people mentioning the importance of D3 and high fiber in pct as well. I do not normally take a d vitamin but will be adding that in too. I look forward to seeing your final numbers. Good luck homie!

    I have rum epi before..the gains are actually quite similar..but this had zero sides..a little lethargy was all..and the recovery has been a piece for cake so far..in 1st week i was a little sluggish. really low on motivation..but back to my normal..self.
    the best thing i liked about this was the positive effect on joints..no sore dry joints..I have lost 1.2 kgs since stopping but strength and endurance is still the same..very happy with the results

    So 3 weeks of pct.
    All is going well,vascularity is still the same,pumps haven't changed much as i'm now back on my pre work.EST methlymass and plasmatic.
    weigh is up slightly 99.3 kgs. Energy and motivation are good.
    This was a great value for money cycle.looking forward to running Test,bulk and mass.Thanks FRL and all those that followed along.

    too bad your leg press gains werent so great although your deadlifts were eh sub par. hopefully your bench went up significantly. cheers mate
