Good Morning everyone! Hope your days are off to a great start like mine is!! Like I said Yesterday I have a big surprise for those of you that have been with me from the start! I'll tell you at the end of this update..
DB Shoulder Press: 10x 12, 12, 12
DB Side Lat: 8x 10, 10, 10
Pull ups: 6, 6, 5
Bent Over Barbell Row: 65x 12, 12, 12
Wide Grip Lat Pull Down: 57.5x 10, 10, 8
Lying Leg Raise: 2/20
Swiss Ball Crunch: 2/20, 12lbs ball
Decline Sit Ups: 2/25
Workout was great, I'm defiantly starting to notice that my energy burns out quick while I'm there, before I was crushing my workout, but now that I have no more GameDay its a little different, I pushed through and had some more motivation as there was another women body builder in with me yesterday, I was stronger by far even though she was a bigger girl
Ok for the surprise.. and the ones that know the past history of this are gonna be excited.
Seems as if DangerDave and I are gonna be working together to perfect my workout and when I can afford it my diet as well, I'll be working with him to get a new scheduled going in the next few months when I start my new job! He is deployed right now for another 7 months. Hope you guys are as excited as I am for this, after all the reason I started was him.
