Hi,
My boyfriend just gave me a vial of liquid Clen at 220mcg/ml. I know all the info about adequate water intake, no extra stims and 3-5g of taurine, eat bananas etc and take 3rd week off with Benadryl ... I'm asking how I should dose with this vial? I think I should start at .3ml but I just wanted opinions and advise on this just to make sure. I'm22, 132lb,5'6
