Getting ready to start a new program next week:

M: Full Body A
T: HIIT
W:Full Body B
TR: HIIT
F: Full Body C
S: HIIT
SU: Rest

I like to keep my exercises very mixed. I have a few full body routines in mind, but I was hoping a few ladies would share some routines that they've seen good results with.
