Hey, fairly new to am, been looking around for awhile but decided to join in I've been working out consistently now for about three years but didn't start lifting heavy til I hired a trainer in the summer. Unfortunately I stopped for awhile when my mom passed away in October and when I started again I decided to try out Jamie Easton's live fit trainer on bodybuilding.com. I've gotten some muscle and defiantly a little leaner but I'd love to see my abs for summer. I've been reading up on lean gains and started IF last week. I was thinking of lifting three days a week like he suggests with deadlifts, bench press, and squats as a focus on each of the different days, I'm just looking for some help coming up with a game plan for lifting and was wondering if I should keep my cardio in there.
