    Questions on Clen.


    Trying to help out my ex-girlfriend here, she's looking to lose some weight. Don't really know exactly why i'm helping her LOL, but I am. She works out 3 times a week in the gym and goes to hot yoga 2 times a week, and diets correctly. She just gets to this certain weight and can't drop any further. She's tried hydroxycut and lipo 6 and never can drop below 118. Some of the problems I think she may have regarding what she wants goal wise is 1) she won't abide by a plan I set for her 2) she gives up fast. Some of the reasons I shouldn't help her 1) she'll look better than when I was with her 2) she's sucking someone elses hang down. Jokes aside, I need some information on Clen.

    1. Do you need a PCT after?

    2. How do you run it?
    20
    40 (1+1)
    40 (1+1)
    60 (2+1)
    60 (2+1)
    80 (2+2)
    80/100 (3+2)

    Does the (1+1) for example mean like morning dose and noon dose?
    3. 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, or run it straight?

    I guess that's all for now, any hints on how to convince her into an actual structured program other than "I like what I do now" mentality?

    Those doses are too high for a woman IMHO... clen is for hardcore fat loss and requires someone dedicated and very in-touch with their body. I would strongly reccomend against it.

    If she's honestly committed to busting her ass for 2 months what I would do is the following:
    taper clen up to 60mcg a day (20/20/40/40/60/60) for 2 weeks, then 2 weeks of something non-stim like shift or tt -33, then 2 weeks of clen, and 2 weeks of non-stim. If she can't loose weight doing something like that, there is something else going on wrong.

    no pct needed, solid eh? If she still has more to go after that (as in going for the totally anorexic look judging by the pics you posted) look into something that doesn't have the same ingredients as tt-33/shift.

    She doesn't look like what she does in those pictures, she's looking to get back there maybe a little thinner. I know if she'd take a solid program and went by it, not just doing whatever she wants in the gym it'd make the results she wanted way faster, but she's stubborn lol. Maybe i'll pull the "it won't work correctly unless you do this program".

    Back in here again with more questions for you. Where's your source to get this....JOKING!!! Haha but dang, the way I see this stuff is mighty inexpensive. For her 2 months, basically 4 weeks on clen, 4 on shift, she's only going to use 1/3 the bottle and it's already cheap. Wish the SARMS I bought cost that much lol. Bull**** aside, questions:

    1. (20/20/40/40/60/60) - Does this mean like M, T, W, Th, F, Sat, Sun and stay at 60 the next week, or kinda just taper up until she can handle 60?

    2. Dosing - Does time of day matter, I know with SD the half-life was 4 hours, so I'd pop one in the day and one pre workout. Like when she gets up to 40/60 would it be like, one in the morning and one in afternoon? 40 like 1+1 and 60 like 2+1? And for her to sleep, probably take it before like 4pm?

    EDIT: This bitch pussed out again, ****ing wasting my time. Let's just make this easy, what are some good fatburners for woman not intense like clen. I know you already recommended tt-33 and shift, any others out that possibly with stims, she's tryied lipo 6 black and hydroxycut, but the hydroxy she didn't like, too stimmed out.

    Come up with the following as to what she's looking for

    Stim:
    OxyElite Pro
    Lipo 6 *original, not the "for her"
    Cellucor D4

    Stim-Free:
    Shift
    TT-33
    Cellucor T7

    i like OEP cuz you can really control the dose, and i don't feel stimmed-out on it (but again, i'm a 200 pounder male). haven't tried the others.

    shift is amazing, the best compromise *might* be alpha t2 as it wasn't as stim-y as OEP, but still had some stim and the same ingredient as shift. the only advantage shift has is that you can dose it for a 24 hour burn, where alpha t2 you can't due to the stim effect.
