This is my new log regarding the pre-workout supplement Beast Mode. Tonight's workout was the first time taking this "nasty" stuff and after taking it I started feeling like I literally had the "creepy crawlies" on me!! Even though it wasn't the most pleasant tasting thing I have drank, it gave me more energy and I was able to lift more then usual!! So, I guess it was good in that aspect!!! I'll continuing taking it until I run out and hopefully, it will taste better the next go around since I used more water then I was supposed too!!!! Wish me luck!!!!!!

So, tonight was day two of taking the Beast Mode. This time I put 10oz not 12 and added some raspberry BCAA that I also tried for the first time! It some what helped with the taste however, I still felt like I had "creepy crawlies" all over me!! By the time, I was done working out I was sweaty and starving like I haven't eaten in days!!! We were working out (4) four days a week and cardio on the off days however now it's only (3) three days a week!

That's not bad at all. I'm working out 5 days a week, 2 days with strength. The rest I have speed interval craziness. This is day 4 with this and I'm so sore i wanna cry! Keep up the work, I'm sure whatever your goals are they will be reached soon!

That is so funny you posted up in here. Before I got us some BCAA, I was actually looking into your Country Lemonade BCAA. Just the name alone looks tasty. LOL... I also was curious about the multivitamin for her. I was having her take the ISS vitamin packs but it may be a little too much for her.

I am having her run the Beast Mode to give a female perspective on the pre-workout work supp. Of course it is not a sponsored log.

The creepy crawlies is from the nicotinic acid. It'll come and go but don't worry, it's good for you. Niacin opens up the capillaries of the skin and cause blood to rush to the surface of the dermis. It's a vasodilator for the skin, if you will. Usually works great for clearing up complexion etc.

You will surprise yourself. Once you start a routine, set goals as in write them down, you will want to hold your self accountable for achieving them. You are already doing awesome, so make it a goal to do 5 days sometime in the near future! :)

So, this evening I forgot to take Beast Mode mixed with BCAA since we were running late! :( I definitely was able to tell the difference!! By the end of my 2nd set I felt like I had no energy at all! I get tired but this was ridiculous!!! I guess the Beast Mode really does work even thought it tastes gross!!!!!

Tonight is the last night that I am taking Beast Mode and I would like to thank Fl3x and Beast Mode for giving me the opportunity to run this log. I did notice that when taking this, it did do its job by giving me the energy to finish my workouts without being tired before I was finished. However, the down fall I didn't like was the taste and that it gave me the "creepy crawlies". I was able to accomplish some personal best with this product and was actually shocked. Again, thank you to those who followed this log and all the kind words!!

You have kept a great log! Some intense training sessions there that made me feel like I was standing STILL! And awesome on the personal bests you achieved throughout the duration of your log! :thumbsup: Very proud of you, and I know Jeff is too!
