  15. Here is Wednesday's workout... When drinking the Beast Mode I didn't get the "creepy crawlies" but the taste isn't getting any better! I thought it would by now but I guess that is what I get for thinking!!

  16. So, when mixing the Beast Mode there was no BCAA's mixed in. Tasted different but still nasty and gave me the "creepy crawlies"!

  17. Well, I'm sorry I haven't logged Wednesday and Friday nights workouts. My other half (onlychevy6) left the workout sheet on the gym counter and the kid put them away for us but now they are missing. I drank the Beast Mode by itself and I still got the "creepy crawlies". With being said here is tonight's workout.

    Ran on the treadmill for a 5 minute warm up and thought I was going to die!

  18. Tonight is the last night that I am taking Beast Mode and I would like to thank Fl3x and Beast Mode for giving me the opportunity to run this log. I did notice that when taking this, it did do its job by giving me the energy to finish my workouts without being tired before I was finished. However, the down fall I didn't like was the taste and that it gave me the "creepy crawlies". I was able to accomplish some personal best with this product and was actually shocked. Again, thank you to those who followed this log and all the kind words!!

    You have kept a great log! Some intense training sessions there that made me feel like I was standing STILL! And awesome on the personal bests you achieved throughout the duration of your log! Very proud of you, and I know Jeff is too!
