Got a lady friend wants to start lifting and wants it to help her running, specifcally 1/2 marathons.
shes liek 5'8'' 130lbs basic runner build real lean n tone, never lifted.
I was just gonna have her do some SS or 5x5, anyone got suggestions to a routine that would help her w/ distance running?
