Hi, I am new to this forum but not new to working out. I have a couple questions that I hope I can get help with.
I am a 27 year old female. I have been working out for over a year now. I do lifting at least once a week, and take a spinning class twice a week. I've even dabbled with Kettlebells. I know I need to be lifting at least one more day a week. I am looking to burn the fat while gaining muscle. I know how important diet is and i'm working on that.
My question is, I take a protein shake after every workout. Should I drink one in the morning as well even on off days? I know my body does not get enough protein that it needs. Also, a buddy has been taking NOXplode, and told me it would be good for when I go spinning. I bought a small tub and read that you can take it on off days as well. Is it ok to take? If its not worth it to me i'll just take it back. Are there any supplements that I should be taking? I take a multivitamin in the morning along with a fish oil pill. I'm not looking to be wonder woman, but just overall healthy and fit.
