  1. Lean Xtreme for women

Is it safe or even effective for women to take Lean Xtreme as a fat burner? Thanks for any help.

  2. I have used Lean Extreme before for cortisol control. It works fine for women.

For cortisol control I would use the Lean Extreme. As far as helping her with cutting up her fish oil to at least 3000mg a day and dial that diet in. Any fat burners you use should be fine.

  6. 3000mg of fish oil day to help cut her up? never heard that

It does see a little odd to people that fish oil will help with fat loss, but it really does. It contains the healthy fat that your body needs and when your body realizes that it is receiving it, it starts to drop some of the other fat that it is holding on to and doesn't need (such as excess belly fat).

I've taken up to 9,000 mg of fish oil a day and it has helped.

how long were you dosing the 9g a day before you noticed effects? Also what other effects did you notice? inceased mood?

  12. Obviously taking fish oil has to be paired with healthy eating and a good workout to make a big difference at all. I can't really say how long it took for the fish oil to help, because it was everything that I was doing to lose weight that worked together. But over the course of a few months, when my diet wasn't the best but I was working out and while I was supplementing only with fish oil, I lost 2% body fat.

It has really helped with my joints. I have very weak joints and they get sore when I lift heavy. Fish oil has helped tremendously.
