| Registered User | Do you try to add size or maintain size? Just wondering how many of you continue to bulk and add muscle, or just keep a clean diet and maintain the size you are?... I've been pretty much bulking for the past 3 years with a couple cuts in between and I feel much better at 175lbs instead of 195.... For some reason I can't stand being in a 34 waist... Much more comfortable in a 32.... I switched to a full body work out 3 days a week for the past 10 weeks and I think I'm going to stick with it for a while and see how things go.... Take a week off every 8-10 weeks and then switch the full body exercises up. |

| Registered User | I usually eat clean year round. The only times I put on extra fat is to get a jump in my lifts, to help with joints etc. Im always trying to get bigger, and you can do it as long as your diet is in check. As long as your body is using what your eating you'll gain muscle, not fat. I dont really understand the concept of "maintenance" workouts. If you want to just maintain what you have take a month off. If im in the gym im trying for more, either plates or pounds. |

| Registered User | I've got a good long way to go, but I'd like to keep getting bigger until I can't anymore....But once I hit that nice point where it seems that the gains have pretty much stopped, then I'll be busy trying to maintain... Until then....*goes back to eating his tuna* |
