Just wondering how many of you continue to bulk and add muscle, or just keep a clean diet and maintain the size you are?... I've been pretty much bulking for the past 3 years with a couple cuts in between and I feel much better at 175lbs instead of 195.... For some reason I can't stand being in a 34 waist... Much more comfortable in a 32.... I switched to a full body work out 3 days a week for the past 10 weeks and I think I'm going to stick with it for a while and see how things go.... Take a week off every 8-10 weeks and then switch the full body exercises up.
