Thanks for any thoughts or help you may have on this. I am currently able to hit the gym on Mon,Tues,Thurs,and Friday. Recently my wife started coming with me. Of course she doesnt have a bodybuilding interest such as myself. So I try to speed things along as much as possible by doing super sets for example chest with back etc. My question is do you guys have any suggestions on how I could work all body parts twice per week on the above given schedule, while keeping the lifting session around, or under an hour along with 20 min of cardio post lifting?? I am attempting to now work all muscles twice per week now due to years of working them only once per week and the interest in seeing changes.
