I don't know why but I decided to waste some money and buy a bodybuilding mag the other night. I actually found en exercise for the lats I've never tried before. It's called "cable cobras" and it's where you sit on a bench in the cable crossover thing and grip each handle from up high. Then you pull your elbows in and contract the lats. I think I'm gonna try these tomorrow, just for kicks.
