Reverse Hyperextenions

These can be used as a hamstring exercise right?

I saw a video of kabuki doing them with his quads at the center of the hyperenstion machine instead of the stomach which is worked for lower back

you'll have to refresh me as thats not ringing a bell. They do involve the glutes and hammies but more so the lower back.

ahhh. ok. a Glute Ham Raise is one of the top 3 pieces of strength equipment.

let me find some linky's for you.

Yes this is different than a reverse hyper and MUCH more focus on Glutes and Hammies portion of the posterior chain than does the reverse hyper
