| Muscle Pharm Rep | A really good one for this is to take a v-grip and put it on the pull down machine. Lean back a little and pull down towards your chest. when pulling though keep your elbows flared and try to rip the handles apart. Also lying face down on an incline bench and doing shrugs will hit this part of your back. ****MusclePharm**** What's In Your Arsenal? Forums Now Open! | Registered User | Do you have a pic with someone with a xmas tree back? Is this the opposite of having a V back? |

| Registered User | Wouldn't that be pear shaped then? I think he meant an upside down christmas tree back (i.e. v-taper). The exercises you mentioned add mass and thickness to the back yes, but for width rowing movements and pull-up/pulldowns plus increasing the size of one's shoulders are your best bet for v-taper. Oh and having a small waist helps as well. Hell Yeah. |
