| Registered User | ACL rehab been a year since my acl surgery and it still isnt as strong as my other good leg or at least what i would like it to be. what are the best exercises to strengthen all the muscles around the knee? i was thinking just squats and lunges? |

So depending on how your rehab went i would ask your doc where you are in regards to ACL strength and ROM. If its all good then I would start with Leg Ext, Squats, also laying ham curls hit that ACL from all angles!
