| Registered User | Ok this isnt about a supplement but lets get serious MOD EDIT: Keep it in the right section. Thanks. anyways what i wanted to ask was im trying to really improve chest strength/ size could i do chest monday wednesday and friday in my plan? i mean would the recovery be okay? |

| Registered User | no, once a week and destroy it. 3 days a week would overtrain it and you'd actually lose size and strength. You should be focusing more on the form of each exercise as well so you overload the chest and not the tri's or shoulders. Warm up with two very light weight sets for 10-12 reps, and then move into your working weights. start with 2 pressing exercises, a third if you want to, then isolation with some form of flyes. | Registered User | once a week all out works, personally I like hitting everything twice a week... 24 hours to recover and 48 to grow, then hit it again however volume doesn't need to be as high if your doing it twice a week compared to once |
