i worked out my chest and tris yesterday and during seated dips i felt a weird pain in my upper chest, right below my collarbone. It hurt last night, and i am in a ridiculous amount of pain right now. know what it could be?
Had it before....it didnt go away for a week man. I had stacked 6 45's and was trying to squeeze out the final rep or two and just under my right collarbone, came a sharp pain. Not a doc and couldnt tell you the scientific termenology of it but ice/heat the area, and i noticed a significant recovery after using Tiger Balm, on the 3 or 4th day after the injury. Hope your recovery is shorter than mine....(the good thing was that my legs were worked on heavy for that week off of upper body training.....
