Bench like an animal workout...

  1. Thumbs up Bench like an animal workout...

    alright I've been using this workout for quite sometime. I never have seemed to have a problem with it. If you're not familiar with it it goes.
    bench max times a percent.

    this is the workout I have been doing for I don't know how long. I was wondering if anyone else had a good workout plan for strength and mass, not toning. I do this workout every 5 days, and usually I add 5 lbs every week and get it. I know you're probably wondering why I would want to get a different workout if this one is working for me, I just want to see if there is something else out that would work better than this...Or if this is sufficient enough for me to get what I am aiming for. Maybe another workout to add to it, this is the only real bench workout I do besides dumbell incline and flies...
