Full body or 4 day split?

  1. Full body or 4 day split?

    Hey guys... About 5 years ago I was doing a 3 day a week full body workout, mixing things up every 6 weeks. I made some decent gains but then began to slow down.... I jumped into a 4 day split about two years later, exercising only one muscle group per day and made some more decent gains .... Well it looks like things are starting to slow again.... My question is, Should I jump back into a full body workout again and see if things start to move along? Or just try something different with my 4 day split..... How many of you guys have had good results with a full body workout, even after building some decent muscle over the past few years?
