any one here wear a compression shirt for thei upper body work outs? any why? i like to wear a long sleeve shirt for the few sets to warm up.. any one body?

Nope. I love the quality of the material. Shorts are awesome. As for the tight fit for the shirt, I guess many would say it's to show off muscles but it does help with keeping cool, feeling good on the skin due to the material, and okay to show off the muscles.
