about a month and a half ago i hyperextended my elbow and felt a sharp pain in my forearm and bicep. i took 6 weeks off, had a couple of ultrasound treatments and the pain is largely gone but still affects almost all my upper body exercises. i can barely do bicep curls with a 10lb weight for my right bicep.

and worst of all it shrunk and i havent gotten the courage up to measure it. it was 16.5" (left one still is!) and looks really stupid. i'm gonna get it checked out this week, but anybody ever have something similar and what'd you do for it? at least i'm more focused on loosing bf% right now and not on cycle...but this really sucks. help!
