what kinda split you got?

i got a three day split;

monday - chest, shoulders, triceps
tue - off
wed - back, biceps, forearms
thur - off
fri - legs, calves, abs

i like the 3 day split because i make sure i get it all under an hour with high volume and high intensity and gives me enough time to recover from previous workouts
 
Looks like that's the split I'll be using when I start my next semester since I'll be strapped for time.
Current Split:
Mon-Chest, biceps, traps
Tue-Tricep, Lats, delts
Wed-Legs, neck
Thu-same as monday
Fri-same as tuesday

I know hitting a muscle 2 times a week seems like overkill to most people, but I recover and progress well for 1 month, I than switch to hitting each muscle once a week for about 2 months, I than take one week off and repeat the cycle.
 
I don't like the idea of hitting triceps the next day of hitting chest because they are synergist ... might affect recovery but that's my 2 cents.
 
Right now I'm doing Max-ot, which is 30mins day/ 5 days week and I like it.

mon- quads/ hams/ calves

tues- bis/tris/ forearms

wed- delts/traps

thurs-back/lower back/ neck

fri- chest/ abs

sat & sun off

You just listed my all time favrite split. This is the one I use for myself, and a large percentage of those I train. It just flat out works!
